Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Happily Custom, all products are made to order. Production begins after your order is placed.
1) Processing Time (Production)
Because every item is custom-made, please allow:
- 2–4 business days for production before shipping
(Times may vary during holidays or peak seasons)
Once your item is made, it will be handed to the carrier for delivery.
2) Estimated Shipping Times
Typical delivery time after production:
- United States: 3–7 business days
These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or high-volume seasons.
3) Tracking Information
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.
4) Wrong / Incomplete Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- We can reship the order after the customer pays the new shipping fee.
Orders cannot be refunded due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
5) Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier first.
If your package is lost in transit or delayed beyond a reasonable period:
- We will investigate with the carrier
- If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no cost
We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
6) Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
7) Customs & International Tax
For international orders, import duties or customs fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
These charges are not controlled or collected by Happily Custom.
