Refund and Returns Policy

At Happily Custom, every item is made to order and personalized just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, design, spelling mistakes submitted by the customer, or simply changing your mind after the order is placed.

However, if we make an error — we fix it.


1) When We Replace an Item (Free of Charge)

We will gladly replace your order if any of the following apply:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • The print quality is poor or incorrect
  • The item received is different from what was shown on our website
  • An item is missing from the shipment
  • The package is lost in transit after reasonable investigation

To process a replacement, you must contact us at Refund@happilycustom.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • A clear photo of the product showing the issue
  • A photo of the shipping label (if applicable)
  • Your order number and a brief description of the problem

Once verified, a replacement will be sent at no extra cost. In most cases, you do not need to return the item.


2) When We Do Not Accept Returns or Refunds

We cannot refund or replace orders if:

  • The customer provided an incorrect shipping address
  • The customer chose the wrong size, color, or design
  • The item is not liked (“buyer’s remorse”)
  • The product shows normal color or size variation (1–2 cm difference or slight color shift due to printing)
  • The return request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery

Because products are printed on demand, these cases are not eligible for refund or free replacement.


3) Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If the order is delayed, damaged, or lost by the carrier, we will investigate and, when confirmed, send a replacement at no cost.

If the order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


4) Refunds For Approved Cases Only

Refunds are only issued when a replacement is not possible or the replacement item also arrives damaged. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5) Sale & Promotional Items

Sale, discounted, and promotional items are not refundable unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
